Delivery, payment methods, and precautions when purchasing
about shipping cost
In order to reduce the cost to our customers, we generally deliver by regular mail or click post. (You cannot choose the delivery method)
■How to calculate shipping charges We set the weight for each item. We do not set the correct weight of the actual item, but rather a value that will give you the most appropriate price when purchasing multiple items.
(Some items have separate shipping charges.See below)
■Total weight of item/Shipping fee: 0~ 1000g/200 yen
・1001～5000g / 600 yen
・Smartphone cover (made to order) / 350 yen
■Normally free shipping for orders over 3,500 yen!
*Free shipping may be canceled depending on the season, such as Sparrow Day (10/24).

About shipping methods
In order to reduce the cost to our customers, the delivery method is basically regular mail or click post. (There are some exceptions)
Regular mail does not have a tracking function and is not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, so it may take longer to deliver than regular mail.
The delivery method will be the one specified by our store and cannot be selected by the customer.

About payment methods
We aim to ship your order within 7 business days of your order.
All prices displayed in our store include tax.

Payment can be made with VISA, JCB, American Express, and MasterCard.
Apple Pay
You can shop smoothly using credit card information and personal information (address, etc.) registered with Apple.
Visa cards issued in Japan cannot be used for online payments with Apple Pay. Available at physical stores.
Google Pay
You can shop smoothly using credit card information and personal information (address, etc.) registered with Google.
Shop Pay
When you make your first order, check "Save my information for faster checkout" on the payment screen and enter your phone number. The next time you shop at a store that has Shop Pay enabled, enter the verification code sent to your phone number and your address and credit card information will be automatically filled in.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, account transfer, or convenience store payment, please use Paidy.
direct to daily buncho Bank transfers and convenience store payments are not supported.

Points to note when purchasing
-We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. If there are any original defects in the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
・For ordinary mail and click post, delivery will be by post.
-If you purchase multiple items at the same time, we will ship them together according to the item with the longest expected shipping date in your order.
・We do not support expedited shipping, so please place your order with plenty of time.
In the case of "Estimated shipping date: 7 days" and "Shipping method: Regular mail", please place your order with a schedule that will allow you to meet your needs even if the item is shipped by regular mail 7 days after the order date. Please note that since it is regular mail, it may take up to a week from shipping to arrival depending on where you live and how crowded it is.
- If multiple orders are made to the same address, depending on how busy our shop is, we may combine the orders and ship them together instead of separating them by order number. If you wish to have separate shipping for each order, please specify separate shipping for each order number in the notes section when placing your order.
Please note that we cannot ship multiple items to multiple locations when purchasing multiple items at once. If there are multiple shipping addresses, please be sure to place orders in separate accounts for each shipping address.
・This shop is operated by one person. Unfortunately, we do not have the luxury of checking messages every day, so even if you request an immediate reply, we are often unable to respond. In addition, the official LINE is often quicker to notice.
